Elena Robinson is a mortgage broker with K.C.R. Investments Ltd. since 1993. Elena started working 24 years ago for a major lending institution and had the position of Manager, Business Development prior to joining K.C.R. Investments Ltd. in 1993. Elena is an Accredited Mortgage Professional, AMP. Over the years, she has also worked on several committees for OMBA and CIMBL, now known as CAAMP.

Elena believes her many years of experience in the financial industry has been an asset to her clients. "The relationship with my clients is a hugely rewarding experience because at the end of the day, I've helped achieve their dream of home ownership". Elena also believes in giving back to the community and has donated much of her time to many worthy causes such as Big Brothers/Big Sisters of Canada and President of her daughter's parents' association.

Kathryn Irwin is a registered mortgage broker. She has been in the mortgage finance industry coming up to 25 years. Right out of college Kathryn joined a major lending institution and was responsible for underwriting residential mortgage applications, applications for mortgage renewals and handled the commercial renewal applications. She then joined another major lending institution and worked along side their insurance agents to handle client's mortgage financing needs and underwriting applications. Kathryn had been given approval limits to approve applications directly.

After 10 years as a lender, Kathryn entered to mortgage brokerage field. With her knowledge and experience as a lender and her personal service, she brings all of this to each and every one of her clients. Kathryn is able to offer you service, knowledge and experience to suit your needs and not the institution needs. She is an accredited mortgage professional ‘AMP' and attends courses and seminars to keep current in the ever changing markets. She "works for you". Tim has been a registered mortgage consultant since August 8, 1988 (for trivia buffs the day Wayne Gretzky was traded to the LA Kings!) and has been with KCR since November 1992. After graduating from Western with a BSc in Statistics in 1985, it was natural he would find his calling working with numbers, and mortgages were the perfect fit. His philosophy for each client is to ‘go the extra mile', with excellent customer service and expert advice the number one priority.
